Worldwide trends in methods for harvesting and extracting industrial roundwood

Globally, almost 2 billion cubic meters of industrial roundwood are harvested yearly. Two the most common methods harvest and extraction cut-to-length (CTL) full-tree or tree-length (FT/TL).
